This letter final response your request for information pursuant the Freedom
Information Act (FOIA), U.S.C. 552, dated February 26, 2018 and received this office
February 28, 2018. Your request was forwarded the appropriate offices search for
documents that may responsive your request: Office the Inspector General (OIG) and the
Office Management (OM).
You requested the following:
Any and all SF50s and SF52s for former DOE official William Mendoza, Executive
Director the White House Initiative American Indian and Alaska Native Education,
Any and all records relating bonuses and awards received William Mendoza, and
Any and all DOE Inspector Generals reports relating its investigation the conduct
William Mendoza.
The time frame for the requested records 2011 through the present. March 28, 2018, the Office the Inspector General (OIG) sent final response you
totaling seven pages that were responsive your request. This response concerns records that
were located the Office Management (OM). Attached this e-mail are pages
documents responsive your request. The documents provided are:
Notification Personnel Action for William Mendoza,
Closing Report Investigation for William Mendoza, and
