Judicial Watch works to clean up voter rolls by using federal and state laws, primarily the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA), to pressure states, counties, and cities to maintain accurate and up-to-date voter registration lists. Judicial Watch conducts independent research and files lawsuits or warning letters when jurisdictions fail to remove ineligible, deceased, or duplicate voters from their voter rolls. Dirty voter rolls can mean dirty elections.
