Why I’m Suing the Justice Dept.: Its Unlawful Freedom of Info. Response

In a detailed article on her website, investigative journalist Sharyl Attkisson explains why she teamed up with Judicial Watch to sue the Department of Justice. On November 19, 2014, Attkisson filed a FOIA lawsuit against the DOJ with Judicial Watch to acquire “any and all [FBI] records concerned, regarding or relating to” her, since she was targeted for investigating Operation Fast and Furious. Judicial Watch has full time, experienced legal staff dedicated to FOI work.”
