Judicial Watch says it is investigating Christie’s attack on Horizon

A national conservative watchdog group said it is investigating whether Gov. Chris Christie’s motive to target Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield’s reserves was instigated by South Jersey Democratic power broker and Christie ally George Norcross.
