(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton made the following statement regarding the release by the Trump White House of key documents relating to the Obama Justice Department and FBI abuses in the 2016 presidential election:

We endorse this historic and courageous move by President Trump. We have numerous lawsuits pending for all of the documents he is now releasing. This is a major anti-corruption breakthrough that will do much to expose the outrageous abuses by the Obama Department of Justice and FBI. And it is a historic day for all Americans who believe in full transparency and the rule of law.
