Video: Crime at the center of illegal immigration policy debate

On Friday, June 30, Judicial Watch Southwest Project Coordinator Mark Spencer appeared on “Special Report with Bret Baier” on the Fox News Channel to discuss illegal immigration, specifically S.B. 1070, which grants police discretion to determine the immigration status of someone arrested or detained when there is “reasonable suspicion” they are not in the U.S. legally and are connected to criminal activity.
