"Justice Kagan, Obamacare, and Recusal"

A Judicial Watch educational panel held December 13, 2011, discussing Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan’s involvement with the development of Obamacare while serving as Solicitor General and the possibility that she should recuse herself when the Supreme Court hears cases related to the legislation.
