President Obama was briefed on all details concerning Russian involvement in the 2016 election, including the infamous Trump dossier paid for by the Clinton campaign and the DNC used to justify spying on the Trump team. In an email about a January 5 cabinet meeting written by former National Security Advisor Susan Rice, the information was not going to be shared with the incoming Trump administration. Why?
