The FBI is still protecting Andrew McCabe, and will likely continue doing so when he leaves the agency. Judicial Watch is suing the FBI on behalf of a former FBI agent seeking Andrew McCabe’s communications relating to the handling of the Clinton email investigation as well as his involvement in his wife’s political campaign.
