And so to the degree that Paul Manafort’s conviction is being used to justify the abusive out-of-control investigation by Mr. Mueller, I am not convinced. And I don’t think you should have a Special Counsel that is given power that is so elastic that it makes him essentially an entire Justice Department unto himself.”
