Where’s the sunshine? Obama’s eclipse

Last week, the White House announced it will delete FOIA regulations pertaining to its Office of Administration, which archives emails and performs administrative tasks. It cited a 2009 appeals court ruling that exempted its office from FOIA regulations to explain its decision.
