Will County could face lawsuit over voter logs

From the Will County Gazette:

Will County is one of 102 counties in 11 states that have more registered voters than voting-age residents, a watchdog group alleged recently.

Judicial Watch compared data from the Election Assistance Commission and the U.S. Census Bureau American Community Survey to find counties across the country with a discrepancy between registered voters and eligible voters. Based on the results, the group sent notice-of-violation letters to 11 states, including Illinois, giving the states 90 days to respond with documentation showing that the issue has been addressed or face a lawsuit.
