ORDERED that Judicial Watch Motion for Permission Depose
Hillary Clinton, Clarence Finney, and John Bentel GRANTED
PART and DENIED PART; and
FURTHER ORDERED that the State Department shall release all
remaining documents responsive Judicial Watch Freedom
Information Act request later than September 30, 2016; and
FURTHER ORDERED that, consistent with Rule the Federal
Rules Civil Procedure, Judicial Watch may serve
interrogatories Secretary Clinton later than October
14, 2016; and

FURTHER ORDERED that, consistent with Rule the Federal
Rules Civil Procedure, Secretary Clinton responses are due later than thirty days thereafter; and

FURTHER ORDERED that Judicial Watch may depose Mr. Bentel later than October 31, 2016; and
FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall submit joint proposal
for further proceedings this case later than November
