Plaintiff Judicial Watch, Inc., counsel, respectfully submits this response
Defendant September 21, 2015 Status Report:
Plaintiff does not oppose the proposed date October 26, 2015 for the State
Department identify the volume potentially responsive records located the State
Department offices and agency records systems that were initially searched well the
records recently returned Ms. Abedin and Ms. Mills. Nor does Plaintiff oppose the State
Department proposing supplemental production schedule that time.
Based the State Department representations, does not appear that this case
will interfere any way with the investigation the State Department Office the Inspector
General. Nor does appear that any forthcoming reports the Inspector General will assist
the resolution this case. The investigation appears focus more generally email policies
and procedures the past five secretaries the State Department. does not appear focus whether any additional records that are potentially responsive Plaintiff FOIA request
exist and, so, where they may located.

has gone and are closer knowing whether any additional records that are potentially
responsive Plaintiff FOIA request exist and, so, where they may located, Plaintiff
requests that the Court advance the scheduled hearing this week discuss how the necessary
information can gathered and move this case closer towards resolution.
