ORDER GRANTING PART PLAINTIFF CONSENT MOTION
FOR EXTENSION TIME
THIS CAUSE before the Court upon Plaintiff Consent Motion for Extension Time,
filed herein August 23, 2016. [DE 22]. The Court has carefully considered the Motion and
otherwise fully advised the premises.
The parties state that the FBI transmitted documents the Department State August 2016, which the State Department intends search connection with number pending
Freedom Information Act FOIA cases, including this one. The State Department has
agreed search this material and produce all nonexempt, responsive records Plaintiff. The State
Department anticipates completing initial search these documents, using the search terms
and date range previously agreed upon the parties, later than August 26, 2016. potentially
responsive documents are identified this search, the State Department will assess whether the
identified documents are agency records and, they are, review them for release Plaintiff
pursuant the FOIA. Accordingly, the parties request extensions time comply with the
deadlines this case.

Based the foregoing, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED follows:
Plaintiff Consent Motion for Extension Time [DE 22] GRANTED
PART;
The State Department shall file status report September 2016, updating
Plaintiff and the Court the status its search.
The State Department shall search the material, determine whether any responsive
records exist, and complete its first production non-exempt records, the extent
any exist, September 13, 2016.
The remaining Substantive Pretrial Motions deadlines set forth the Court
Scheduling Order are hereby extended follows:
October 2016: Plaintiff=s Opposition and Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment
October 25, 2016: Defendant=s Opposition and Reply
November 2016: Plaintiff=s Reply
