     This letter response your February 18, 2014 Freedom Information Act (FOIA) request for any and all records concerning mission taskings First Lady Michelle Obamas February 2014 trip Aspen, Colorado; any and all records concerning transportation costs for Mrs. Obamas February 2014 trip Aspen, Colorado any and all passenger manifests (DD2131) for Mrs. Obamas February 2014 trip Aspen, Colorado.  Attached are all reasonably segregable portions the requested records.
     Concerning Item your request, search for responsive records was conducted and Air Force mission tasking records were located.  
Concerning Item your request, have included the AFTO Forms 781 for First Lady Obamas February 2014 trip Aspen, Colorado.  These forms contain, among other things, the number hours flown during the trip.  Additionally, the Fiscal Year (FY) 2014 Department Defense (DoD) Fixed Wing and Helicopter Reimbursement Rates memorandum contains the FY14 cost per flying hour (CPFH) rates for aircraft, including the C-37B aircraft used fly First Lady Obama Aspen.  These CPFH rates include fuel, flight consumables, depot level repairables, aircraft overhaul, and engine overhaul.  This memorandum publically available and the rates can viewed the following link:
