Before LUCERO, HOLMES, and PHILLIPS, Circuit Judges. 

 Defendants-Appellants and Intervenors Defendants-Appellants (collectively, Appellants) have filed motions for (1) stay pending appeal the district courts order March 19, 2014; and (2) expedited review these consolidated appeals.  Having considered the motions, conclude that Appellants have made the requisite showing, and grant the motions for stay pending appeal.  See FTC Mainstream Mktg. Servs., Inc., 345 F.3d 850, 852-53 (10th Cir. 2003) (per curiam) (setting forth stay factors); see also 10th Cir. 8.1 (same).  Accordingly, the temporary stay entered May 2014, dissolved, and the district courts March 19, 2014 order stayed pending appeal. 
 Further, grant the request for expedited review.  The parties will informed separate order the scheduling oral argument and any changes the briefing schedule.
