High court could push California rightward

The Supreme Court is considering arguments made in the case Evenwel v. Abbott, in which Texas citizens, along with Judicial Watch, are arguing that electoral districts should be drawn based on the number of U.S. citizens in the district, not just “persons,” which would include illegal immigrants. Electoral reform makes sense, and Judicial Watch is fighting for it.
