Favors to foundation donors stretch back to Hillary Clinton’s Senate days

It seems clear that Hillary Clinton used her position as secretary of state to increase her personal wealth by granting favors to organizations and nations with businesses before the State Department. What’s less discussed, however, is that she seems to have engaged in this type of behavior for years preceding her time at the State Department.
