Court asked to bar D.C. government from illegally spending federal funds

Judicial Watch recently filed suit on behalf of the taxpayers of the District of Columbia to prevent the DC government from illegally spending taxpayer money through a budget measure declared unconstitutional by a federal court. Despite the ruling, the DC government still thinks it is above the law.
