Susan Rice, Benghazi & the Spygate Scandal

“As the rest of Washington sleeps in terms of political corruption investigations, Judicial Watch continues. We just released the sworn deposition answers of Susan Rice,” Fitton stated in last week’s Weekly Update.

When it comes to Susan Rice’s involvement in the Benghazi scandal, “you might not be surprised to learn that Susan Rice can’t remember much.” As you might recall, Susan Rice was Obama’s National Security Advisor and U.N. Ambassador. Judicial Watch investigations have documented her unmasking requests for General Flynn, as well as her broader involvement in the January 2017 Oval Office meetings, which are believed to have established the groundworks for Spy Gate. As per her involvement in the Obama Admin’s Benghazi cover-up, much remains to be discovered, according to Fitton.

Rewinding to the aftermath of the attack in 2012, viewers might recall how “Susan Rice proved her worth in lying to the American people on Sunday television talk shows in the months prior to Obama’s re-inauguration,” Fitton explains. Pressing for more information on the Benghazi talking points, Judicial Watch revealed how Susan Rice’s narrative was in fact, a crafted “set of talking points based on the political assessments of Ben Rhodes, one of the political hacks working in the Obama White House.” If you want to refresh your memory on just what Judicial Watch discovered, click here.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, in FItton’s view, throughout her deposition, Rice repeatedly stated she “could not recall.” Using those words 18 times during her deposition, Rice “could not recall… who gave her the Benghazi talking points, does not recall being in any meetings regarding Benghazi in the days after the attack… and does not recall communicating with anyone in Clinton’s office about the Benghazi talking points.” “Who knows what she was doing, according to her written testimony?”

“Isn’t that amazing?” Fitton continues. Interestingly, however, “she did admit that she did use emails to Hillary Clinton’s private server. So she knew, Susan Rice knew. She herself used private emails to conduct government business.” “The question I have, is there going to be accountability?” Fitton concludes.
