television interviews; and least one book.
The chapter also cites, references, and quotes grand jury testimony from least grand jury
appearances witnesses between 1995 and 1998. June 2014, Judicial Watch submitted Freedom Information Act FOIA
request the National Archives and Records Administration Archives seeking access
binder materials prepared the Office the Independent Counsel OIC referenced

Archives subsequently produced 246 pages records response the request.
Among the records produced the Archives Judicial Watch response the
June 2014 FOIA request was 206-page memorandum, dated April 22, 1998, All OIC

Plaintiff Statement Undisputed Material Facts Support Cross-Motion for Summary
Judgment Exhibit reviewed the April 22, 1998 Summary Evidence memorandum produced
the Archives and, based that review, prepared second chart identifying the various sources information cited, referenced, and quoted the memorandum. true and correct copy this
second chart, entitled April 22, 1998 Summary Evidence Memorandum Sources
Information; Non-Exhaustive attached hereto Exhibit Like the chart prepared for
Volume II, Part Chapter the January 2001 Final Report, this second chart differentiates
between non-grand jury information, grand jury information, and documentary evidence. Each
entry also includes reference the page(s) the memorandum where the citation was found.
Because the memorandum citations are different formats (e.g. GJ, G.J., vs. Grand Jury
and Deposition vs. Dep. and searched the memorandum electronically preparing the chart, not confident that was able identify all the relevant citations the memorandum.
The information was able gather nonetheless demonstrates that the memorandum cites,
references, and quotes from many the same, non-grand jury sources information cited
Volume II, Part Chapter the January 2001 Final Report. also cites, references, and
quotes from great many additional sources, including many separate FBI 302s.
Although not exhaustive count, also cites, references, and quotes testimony from least
grand jury appearances some witnesses between 1995 and 1998, including witnesses
not referenced Volume II, Part Chapter the January 2001 Final Report. Id.
The April 22, 1998 Summary Evidence memorandum, which largely
unredacted, available the public Judicial Watch website along with the other records

produced Archives response Judicial Watch June 2014 FOIA request. Judicial Watch
did not pursue administrative appeal the Archives relatively few number redactions for
reasons unrelated whether Judicial Watch believes those redactions have merit. March 2015, Judicial Watch submitted FOIA request the Archives
seeking access Ewing draft indictments. Specifically, Judicial Watch requested:
All versions indictments against Hillary Rodham Clinton, including but not
limited Versions and box 2250 the Hickman Ewing Attorney Files,
the HRC/___ Draft Indictment box 2256 the Hickman Ewing Attorney
Files, well any and all versions written Deputy Independent Counsel
Hickman Ewing, Jr. prior September 1996.

Report. The search yielded 13,200,000 search results. google search for Hillary Clinton
draft indictment March 2016 yielded 547,000 search results.
