This youths babysitter called this on-call social worker report that 7pm the youth had left the local park. She
had conveyed him that she would also going the park later, but time was given him. The babysitter showed the park around 7:10 (earlier than what the youth expected). she arrived the park, and noticed her
and his friend ran off. She approached the area where they were sitting and she found empty box cigarettes with
