MINUTE ORDER. For the reasons discussed the November 14, 2018 motions
hearing, the Court grants part and denies part [111] News Media Coalitions
motion intervene seek reconsideration. The Court grants News Media
Coalitions motion intervene but denies its motion for reconsideration the
Courts Order sealing the audiovisual deposition testimony. The Court also
denies [153] Judicial Watchs motion unseal the audiovisual recordings all
depositions. The Court finds that good cause remains keep the audiovisual
recordings under seal. Therefore, all audiovisual copies depositions taken
this case shall remain under seal. The Court also denies [140] Judicial Watchs
motion compel Mr. Bentels testimony and sustains Mr. Bentels invocation
his 5th Amendment privilege. Finally, the Court grants part and denies part
[141] Judicial Watchs motion compel Former Secretary Clintons answers
interrogatories. Secretary Clinton therefore compelled answer questions
and 24, modified the Court. Her objection sustained question 14.
Secretary Clinton shall provide her answers modified questions and
later than December 17, 2018. The parties are further ordered file joint status
report updating the Court the status the litigation and recommending
next steps for further proceedings later than December 2018. Signed
