JOINT STATUS REPORT
The United States Department State and Judicial Watch, Inc. respectfully submit the
following: January 11, 2016, the Court ordered the State Department make rolling
productions responsive, non-exempt documents, excluding news clippings/briefings,
Judicial Watch beginning March 2016, and continuing every thirty days thereafter until
April 30, 2017. The Court later extended that deadline until May 31, 2017.
The originally contemplated search and production now complete. The parties
have agreed that the State Department will process documents provided the State Department the Federal Bureau Investigation June 15, 2017. The State Department has identified
approximately 2,800 work-related documents among the documents provided the Federal
Bureau Investigation that date. Based preliminary review, the State Department
expects that significant portion these documents may duplicative material already
reviewed and processed. December 31, 2017, the State Department expects have completed its
review and production all responsive, nonexempt agency records contained within the

documents provided the Federal Bureau Investigation June 15, 2017. All such
responsive, nonexempt agency records will posted the State Department website.
