MINUTE ORDER. The Court encountering technical difficulties with Ms. Mills audiovisual
deposition. Specifically, the video stops playing 14:02. The parties are therefore directed
deliver corrected copy Ms. Mills audiovisual deposition later than October 2018.
The Court further directs the Department State, Ms. Mills, and any other deponent arguing
that the audiovisual recording their deposition should remain under seal, file
supplemental pleadings pointing specific parts the depositions that would annoyD,
embarrasO,oppressO, undul[y] burden the deponent released. See Fed. Civ. 26(c).
Such supplemental pleading shall filed later than October 17, 2018 and shall include
references relevant timestamps. The Department State should also clarify whether
opposes unsealing all audiovisual deposition testimony specific audiovisual depositions.
Accordingly, the Court hereby reschedules the motion hearing previously scheduled for
