This interim response your Freedom Information Act (FOIA) request dated
December 12, 2017, which you requested communications between the Office the
Attorney General and Nellie Ohr, dating since January 2015. This response made
behalf the Office the Attorney General (OAG).
Please advised that searches have been conducted behalf OAG for the period
covering January 2015 December 12, 2017, and responsive records were located.
Since completing these searches, OIP was informed technical issues which may have
affected the searches conducted response your request. These issues are not specific
your request. While this time have indication that records responsive your request
will located, cannot provide you with final response your request until the technical
issues are resolved. OIP has been working closely with our electronic search support team
resolve these issues and re-run searches appropriate ensure that records were missed the original searches. anticipate issuing additional response you one month.
For your information, Congress excluded three discrete categories law enforcement
and national security records from the requirements the FOIA. See U.S.C. 552(c) (2012 Supp. 2017). This response limited those records that are subject the requirements the FOIA. This standard notification that given all our requesters and should not
