Fitton: ‘No Legal Issues’ with Trump Jr. Meeting Russian Lawyer

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton joined Breitbart News Daily SiriusXM host Alex Marlow on Wednesday to discuss allegations that memos from former FBI Director James Comey contained classified information. He also discussed Hillary Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta’s links to Russia and news of Donald Trump, Jr’s meeting with a Russian lawyer during the campaign.

Said Fitton of the meeting between Trump, Jr. and the Russian lawyer, any notion that’s it’s treason is just “crazy talk.”

“It’s a political issue,” he continued. “You don’t want to be seen meeting with foreign nationals to talk about your opponent but there are no legal issues.”
