House GOP moves to punish State Department over Benghazi delays

The State Department has long dragged its feet on releasing documents regarding Hillary Clinton and other State leader’s involvement in the Benghazi response. Congressman Trey Gowdy, chair of the Select Committee on Benghazi, however, has now offered an incentive to State to be more transparent; that incentive is comply with document requests or lose funding.
