Judicial Watch Asks Court To Order IRS To Cough Up Lerner Emails

Judicial Watch informed the court handling its FOIA case regarding Lois Lerner’s emails that even if there are duplicates in the 6,400 emails discovered by TIGTA, the IRS should still turn them over. Allowing the IRS to maintain them could ultimately result in more emails simply being “lost.”
