Judicial Watch Emails: Lerner Feared IRS Targeting Might ‘Raise Questions’

Judicial Watch released newly acquired emails Thursday from the IRS’ Lois Lerner, who was responsible for targeting conservative groups applying for tax-exempt status. Amazingly, Lerner has never been charged with any wrongdoing.
