State has not turned over 2 Benghazi-related emails to Congress

The Benghazi Select Committee has confirmed that the State Department has not provided it with two Benghazi-related emails between Hillary Clinton and her aides prepping her for the response to the Benghazi attack. Judicial Watch is at the center of forcing these emails to light.
