The Parkland school shooting is an example of FBI incompetence through bureaucratic malfeasance. They did not follow up on basic tips that may have saved lives. From the Boston marathon bombing to this latest school shooting, the casual way in which government makes these kinds of mistakes in missing red flags is unacceptable.
