In response to questions from Rep. Morgan Griffith (R-VA), Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton expressed alarm with the Obama administration’s proposed executive order. On Tuesday, the second ranking Democrat in the House, Rep. Steny Hoyer, echoed Judicial Watch’s concerns.
