Judicial Watch obtained video from the US Border Patrol (under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act) depicting a May 1, 2008 incident near the American Levee Road at the end of the West Railroad Bridge along the El Paso, TX/Juarez, Mexico border. During the incident, a number of unidentified persons cross into the United States, being pursued by Mexican Police Officers. A single USBP agent in a USBP truck responds to the area of the incursion, but is clearly outmanned and outgunned. The Mexican Police apprehend the persons they were chasing on US soil and then bring them back across the border into Mexico. A second USBP truck eventually responds to the Mexican incursion, but at a point when the Mexicans are withdrawing back to their side of the international boundry.
