This letter response your January 2015 Freedom Information Act (FOIA) request
for any and all records concerning mission taskings for President Obama December 2014January 2015 trip Honolulu; all records concerning transportation costs for President
Obama December 2014-January 2015 trip Honolulu; and any and all passenger manifests
(DD-2131) for President Obama December 2014-January 2015 trip Honolulu. Attached are
all reasonably segregable portions the requested records.
Concerning Item your request, search for responsive records was conducted and Air
Force mission tasking records were located.
Concerning Item your request, included are the AFTO Forms 781 for President Obama
December 2014-January 2015 trip Honolulu. The FY15 cost per flying hour (CPFH) for Air
Force One (VC-25A) $206.337.00. Please note that the CPFH includes fuel, flight
consumables, aircraft overhaul, and engine overhaul.
Concerning Item your request, records response provided for the manifests (DD
Form 2131) you requested. accordance with Air Mobility Command Instruction (AMCI)
24-101, the Air Force does not maintain copies passenger manifests after the active mission
leg complete.
The names and last four the social security numbers the U.S. Air Force aircrew members the AFTO Forms 781 have been redacted accordance with FOIA Exemption release
would constitute clearly unwarranted invasion that person privacy. There must
balance between the public interest releasing the information and the private interest not
releasing the information. this case, since there public interest, any privacy interest for
