Judicial Watch filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to force compliance with a FOIA request for records concerning surveys of illegal aliens which asked whether the aliens crossed the border in response to President George W. Bush’s amnesty program.
