Synopsis

Judicial Watch filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the Department of Labor’s Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) to obtain documents regarding the involvement of the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) and its associated organizations in the alleged embezzlement of funds by Dale Rathke, the brother of ACORN founder Wade Rathke.
