Judicial Watch filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to force the agency’s compliance with a FOIA request for documents regarding waivers for companies and unions exempting them from requirements of Public Health Services Act Section 2711, commonly known as Obamacare. Specifically, we are seeking documents regarding the granting of a waiver to the McDonald’s Corporation.
