Synopsis

Judicial Watch filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit to force the Department of Justice (DOJ) to respond to a FOIA request filed November 2, 2010, for documents regarding communication between the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division and the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) Legal Defense Fund, regarding the voter intimidation lawsuit which the DOJ dropped against the New Black Panther Party for Self-Defense.
