Council for American Islamic Relations] from "January 2011 the present." responded Item your request for "any and all records communication concerning, regarding, relating the [CAIR]" our September 2013 letter. processed Item your request accordance with the FOIA, U.S.C.  552, amended, and the CIA Information Act, U.S.C.  431, amended. Our processing included search for records that would reveal openly acknowledged Agency affiliation existing and including the date the Agency started its search and did not locate any responsive records. 
With respect any other records, accordance with section 3.6(a) Executive Order 13526, the CIA can neither confirm nor deny the existence nonexistence records responsive your request.
