Judicial Watch has fought relentlessly for more information on allegations surrounding ex-US Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch’s ‘enemies list’ – a list compiled to “monitor the activities of U.S. citizens,” as Fitton described. Recently released documents have now confirmed the existence of the ‘enemies list’, which was compiled by the Ambassador’s staff in 2019. “There was an enemies list. it was being used to target the Trump team, it was likely illegal and they were warned about it,” Fitton explained. Judicial Watch and Daily Caller News Foundation Ask Court for Access to Joe Biden’s Senate Records at the University of Delaware!

Judicial Watch responded in court that it is impossible for the Biden Senate documents, which are housed in the University of Delaware’s Library to not be supported by public funds. Judicial Watch notes that the University admitted that “[t]he State of Delaware provides the University with approximately $120 million each year through an appropriation in the state budget,” but never shows how public funds are not used to support the papers. Read more.

The review of Lisa Page’s phone reads as follows: “Phone not found, phone found and with DOJ OIG, but according to AMZ on 9/19/18 conversation, the phone was restored to factory settings. Per email from DOJ OIG contact [redacted] on 10/17/18, the phone was restored to factory settings when they received it.” Read more.

The brief challenges two opinions issued by Delaware Deputy Attorney General Dorey L. Cole, who said that the university did not violate the state’s Freedom of Information Act law in denying requests submitted by Judicial Watch and the DCNF on April 30 for all records stored in the Biden library. The denied requests also sought any agreements pertaining to the storage of Biden’s Senate records and any logs or sign-in sheets recording any individuals who visited the location where the records are stored.

Judicial Watch filed suit against D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser to paint its message “Because No One Is Above The Law” on one of the city’s streets. So far, this request has been denied. That’s no surprise. It almost goes without saying that Washington has more than its share of biased, stupid Democratic officials who have allowed activists to paint conspicuous, raw political messaging on 16th Street in the first place.
