Judicial Watch litigation has newly uncovered 238 pages of records showing the Nevada Attorney General’s office coordinating with leftist non-governmental organizations (NGOs) who advocated for the indictments of conservative activists and are working to undermine the security of U.S. Elections.
The same NGO’s, States United Democracy Center and Voter Protection Project, were also exposed to be coordinating with state officials in Michigan by another Judicial Watch public records lawsuit last year.
Judicial Watch also has a public records lawsuit pending in Georgia and is currently working to obtain records from Arizona and Wisconsin.
