AG Sessions is called on to help 74-year-old Army veteran facing charges for hanging a flag at VA facility

Attorney General Jeff Sessions is being called on to dismiss a case against a 74-year-old veteran being criminally prosecuted for putting flags on the fence of a VA building.

Veteran Robert Rosebrock was being prosecuted by the Obama administration after he put the American flags on the fence of the facility in Los Angeles. But Judicial Watch is asking Sessions to reconsider.
