As a Judicial Watch Member, I fully Support:
- Judicial Watch programs to educate Secretaries of State across the country about the threats and potential violations of laws posed to fair and honest elections by the Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC).
- Judicial Watch using traditional and social media networks to educate Americans about the dangers of ERIC and all other liberal attacks on the integrity of our elections…particularly those like ERIC which make it easier for non-citizens to vote in American elections.
- Judicial Watch’s successful litigation against states in violation of the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) which has resulted in the removal of over 6 million ineligible names from voter rolls.
