FBI turns over 7,000 emails on Anthony Weiner’s computer to State Department
The FBI has turned over 7,000 new documents from Anthony Weiner’s computer to the State Department as part a disclosure ordered by a Judicial Watch investigation into Hillary Clinton’s emails, according to information shared during a federal court hearing Thursday.
Representatives for conservative watchdog Judicial Watch and the State Department confirmed in a Washington, D.C., court Thursday the documents found on the former Democratic New York representative’s property had been shared.
Judicial Watch filed a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit asking for possible emails Weiner had received from ex-wife Huma Abedin, Hillary Clinton’s former top aide.
