Tax dollars went toward Clinton Foundation, email server

From the New York Post:

Justin Cooper, one of the aides who helped set up Hillary Clinton’s controversial email system, was at times on the government payroll between 2011 and 2013. Cooper has also done work with the Clinton Foundation and Teneo, the corporate consultancy founded by Clinton aides Doug Band and Declan Kelly.
